HOW TO MEASURE:

Take a pair of joggers that fit comfortably. Lay
them flat on the ground and grab a measuring tape.

Length (A): Take measure from the highest
point down to the bottom.

Waist (B): Take measure from one side of the hem
to the other side.

Compare your measurements to the table above.
If you are between sizes or prefer a loose fit, take
the bigger size.

To protect the fabric, follow these steps:

Wash with cold water (30°C) using a mild detergent. Avoid bleach or strong detergents, as they can damage the fabric.
Use the gentle/delicate cycle on your washing machine.
Do not use fabric softeners — they break down both the fibers over time.
Air dry only. Lay flat or hang to dry at room temperature. Do not tumble dry, as heat can shrink the fabric.
If ironing is necessary: use a low heat setting.
