PRE-ORDER PRODUCTION STATUS
Most items in the shop are pre-orders.
On this page you will always be able to see the progress of your current order and know what step the item is currently undergoing and when it will be ready to ship.
Here are all the production steps:
- Gathering Orders – Once new items are released we allow 1 week to collect everyone's orders.
- Production – During this stage all of your orders are being made (sourcing fabric, cutting, sewing, printing/embroidering and adding any extra things).
- Shipping to Warehouse – Some more complex items like jackets are made overseas so once their production is done they get shipped via air to us. This usually takes up to 2-3 weeks.
- Packing & Fulfillment – After production is done we inspect, pack, and ship all the orders. This usually takes 1 week.
P.S. If your order has multiple items like a hoodie + a jacket then the order will ship out once all items are ready.
