PRE-ORDER PRODUCTION STATUS

 Most items in the shop are pre-orders.
  1. Gathering Orders – Once new items are released we allow 1 week to collect everyone's orders.

  2. In Production – During this stage all of your orders are being made (sourcing fabric, cutting, sewing, printing/embroidering and adding any extra things).

  3. Shipping to Warehouse – Some more complex items are made overseas so once their production is done they get shipped via air to us. This usually takes up to 2-3 weeks.

  4. QC & Packaging – After production is done we inspect, pack, and ship all the orders. This usually takes 2-6 days.

P.S. If your order has multiple items like a hoodie + a jacket then the order will ship out once all items are ready.
