HOW TO MEASURE: 

Take a pair of joggers that fit comfortably. Lay
them flat on the ground and grab a measuring tape.

Length (A): Take measure from the highest
point down to the bottom. 

Waist (B): Take measure from one side of the hem
to the other side.



Compare your measurements to the table above.
If you are between sizes or prefer a loose fit, take
the bigger size.

Washing instructions

To protect the fabric, follow these steps:

  • Wash with cold water (30°C) using a mild detergent. Avoid bleach or strong detergents, as they can damage the fabric.

  • Use the gentle/delicate cycle on your washing machine.

  • Do not use fabric softeners — they break down both the fibers over time.

  • Air dry only. Lay flat or hang to dry at room temperature. Do not tumble dry, as heat can shrink the fabric.

  • If ironing is necessary: use a low heat setting.
