Washing instructions
How to make Sherpa jackets last a long time?
Wash it as little as possible. It's a jacket it doesn't need to be washed that often.
- Turn the garment inside out before washing — this protects the sherpa material from friction.
- Do not wash the sherpa jacket alongside other clothing pieces. This protects the jacket from any extra friction and etc.
- Wash with cold water (30°C) using a mild detergent. Avoid bleach or strong detergents, as they can damage the sherpa fabric.
- Use the gentle/delicate cycle on your washing machine.
- After washing the jacket take a brush and lightly brush the damp sherpa. Helps the softness stay around for longer.
- Do not use fabric softeners — they break down both the fibers.
- Air dry only. Lay flat or hang to dry at room temperature. Do not tumble dry, as heat will melt the sherpa.
- Never ever iron a sherpa jacket!
